Modern, Walkable - Studio in Heart of Fells Point

Baltimore, MD, United States

1 bedroom
1 bathroom

Modern construction studio, and art gallery, in the heart of Baltimore city. Aesthetics are important! Great for vacation, business, conferences, internships. The studio is 0.6 miles from the National Aquarium/Inner Harbor (main tourist attraction), 0.5 miles from Marriott Waterfront Hotel and Conference Center, 1.2 miles away from Johns Hopkins Main Hospital, 1.3 miles from the Baltimore Convention Center, and 2.6 miles from Penn Station.

Good to know

The studio is a very modern design with a deep connection to history. We made decisions to keep the space minimal to highlight the rich materials of the space and afford art (including furniture) to stand out. The space includes a queen size bed with linens, a small desk, a lamp stand, a full wardrobe with a hanging bar and drawers, a small shelf, and a bistro table set for two. The wet bar is moderately appointed with hot pot to boil water, utensils, plates, cups/glasses, and silverware. There is a full private bathroom with linens, a heated floor, and very tall and elegant modern shower stall. In front of the studio is another space where other guests may be staying. The heat and AC units are separate for each space. The courtyard is the only shared space between the front and the studio. This space is an art gallery! The works that are depicted on the walls in the profile photos MAY be different than what is presently in the space. If you are curious what we are showing, ask and we can direct you to the current works.

Loved our stay in Fells Point! Great walkable area with a lot of fun bars and great places to eat (would highly recommend Ekiben up the road). The room was private, and the sound machine provided helped cover any noise from those in the unit above. Wonderful visit and would stay at any of Keith's listings.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb & truly enjoyed our time there. The studio was very clean, private, & comfortable - exactly what we needed, especially during a winter storm. Communication with Keith, the rental manager, was excellent. He was honestly amazing to work with - responsive, kind, & incredibly flexible. He worked with us to find a fair rate for our lengthy stay & addressed any issues right away. That level of attentiveness made a big difference & helped us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The only downside was that the sound insulation between floors isn’t the best. We could hear the upstairs guests walking around quite clearly, especially when they used the stairs. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs since footsteps from above can be noticeable. Other than that, everything was perfect. We would absolutely stay again & really appreciated the cleanliness, privacy, and especially the outstanding communication & flexibility from Keith.

This is my favorite air bb I’ve ever stayed at. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. Everything about it makes it feel extremely cozy and like you’re right at home. You can tell every detail was taken into consideration. Cleanliness was truly at a fancy hotel level as well, I was very happy about that. The location is fantastic as well. Keith was the most responsive host I’ve ever had and responds to messages immediately. The guests staying above me were loud at night and Keith immediately messaged me back and handled it so professionally. I really can’t say enough good things about Keith and this air bb. I am definitely going to be coming back! I’d live here if I could!
