Newly constructed rowhome with the original façade maintained. Entering through the front door is an open concept living room and kitchen area with plenty of natural light because of two skylights and a large sliding door. The living room has a gray modern sofa (converts into a bed), sitting chair, and coffee table. The kitchen has a large eat-in island made from a restored wood work table. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and kitchen sink. It is equipped with silverware, plates, bowls, drinking glasses, wine glasses, french press coffee maker, pots and pans, baking pans, and various other kitchen items. Past the kitchen and through the large sliding door leads to an outdoor courtyard. Beyond the courtyard is the first bedroom. It is a private studio with another set of large sliding glass doors for natural light to come in. The private studio has a queen bed. There is a private bathroom with heated floors and a standing shower. The studio has a wet bar including a small bar sink, mini refrigerator, microwave, electric tea kettle, french press coffee maker, silverware, plates, bowls, drinking glasses, wine glasses, and several other small kitchen utensils. On the second level upstairs is the second bedroom. It is a loft space (no doors) with queen bed. Large windows overlook the courtyard and bring in a lot of natural light. Past the bedroom there is laundry closet, clothing closet, and private bathroom. The laundry closet contains a washer and dryer unit. The private bathroom has heated floors and a standing shower with skylight overhead to allow natural light in. This space is an art gallery!
